System Monitoring & Reporting
Most solar systems are already connected to a monitoring platform—but who’s monitoring yours? Based on years of experience working with developers and within the industry, we’ve found that many systems are consistently under-producing without their owners realizing it. Active monitoring allows us to identify issues early, prevent small problems from becoming costly ones, and address performance losses before they show up on your power bill. Any system we repair that is compatible with our monitoring platform can be enrolled in our monthly reporting service. This includes monthly virtual health checks, a production summary, and any relevant technical updates from equipment manufacturers. $25/month or $250/year
Panel Washing & Switching Maintenance
We can assess panel soiling using solar-specific tools and provide professional panel cleaning services when needed. We also inspect the area beneath your panels to remove debris and discourage squirrels or other pests from causing damage. In addition, we test all disconnect switches and document the results to support OEM warranty records. Customers must provide photos of the roof access point, panels, invertor model number and disconnect switch information. This service is recommended after an inital inspection or troubleshooting visit and typically requires a second trip. Prices start at $100, depending on accessibility, system size and system type.

Decommisioning & Removal
