Diagnostic and Repairs
Site Visit and Investigation
Often prompted by an inverter failure, tripped breaker, or chronic underperformance, our initial site visit is designed to quickly identify the root of your system’s issues. Our technicians arrive fully prepared to safely de-energize your system and begin troubleshooting. We encourage customers to be present during this visit so they can become more familiar with their solar setup.
Each visit includes a detailed investigation report along with our recommended next steps.
Due to high demand, the initial site visit and troubleshooting are subject to a call-out fee. This fee will be deducted from the cost of any repair or service contract moving forward.
System Repair & Improvement
We ensure your system is left in a safe operating condition at the end of every visit.
Depending on the issue, some problems can be resolved during the initial site visit—such as firmware updates or tightening loose connections. Most repairs, however, require a follow-up visit. All additional work will be fully quoted in advance and transparently priced.
In many cases, repairs or replacements involve coordinating with equipment manufacturers to process warranty claims and arrange for replacement components. We handle this on your behalf to keep the process as smooth as possible.
Re-Energization
Once repairs are complete, we coordinate with all necessary parties to safely re-energize your system. Because solar panels are always generating power during daylight, safety is our top priority. For your protection, please do not attempt to troubleshoot or restart the system between visits.
After the system is re-energized, we verify that all monitoring and communication equipment is functioning correctly and reporting data as expected. We will then provide a walkthrough and/or a detailed report outlining the work completed and what you can expect in terms of system performance moving forward.
